BLACK BEAR SIGHTING

The Municipality wishes to advise the public that a black bear was sighted in the Josephine Lake area on April 20, 2011.  Information regarding its sighting has been forwarded to the Conservation Officer Service, as wildlife does not fall under the jurisdiction of the Municipality.

In an effort to ensure public safety, the Municipality encourages the public to contact the Conservation Services Office:
