In anticipation of the upcoming local government election on November 19, 2011, Bowen Island Municipality is currently preparing Lists of Registered Voters for both Resident and Non-Resident Property Electors.  This will be the first municipal election on Bowen Island where Lists of Registered Voters will be utilized and is being implemented to allow mail ballot voting. 

NON-RESIDENT PROPERTY ELECTORS (NPRE):
Non-Resident Property Electors will be receiving, by mail, a letter from Bowen Island Municipality regarding preparation of the List of Registered Voters for Non-Resident Property Electors.  Alternatively, the information can be downloaded from this website as noted below.

To see if you are eligible to vote as a Non-Resident Property Elector, please visit the “Non-Resident Property Electors: Frequently Asked Questions" section on the Local Government Elections page on the BIM website

If so, please complete the necessary forms and return (by mail, email or fax) to Municipal Hall no later than September 27, 2011:
